Question: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: We process orders as soon as we get them or within 24 hours. However fulfillment can take somewhere between 2-5 days. Also due to Covid, fulfilment and shipping times have taken a little bit longer than usual. Please keep in mind this is not within our control.

Answer: We will provide you with a tracking number after your order has been fulfilled.
Question: What countries do you ship to?
Answer: For the time being, we are only shipping to U.S., Canada, Western Europe, and Australia. Free Shipping is currently only guaranteed in U.S. and Canada.
